Command Center — Streamlining 27 products in Command Center. The agency's internal product management platform: a web app for humans and a CLI for agents, connecting analytics, repositories, documentation, Linear projects, environments, secrets and cost tracking across 27 products.

ProductRival — Matching competitor catalogs at ProductRival. Competitive product intelligence for a global fashion retailer. Built the product-matching pipeline, evaluation framework and MCP interface for agents. The system matches a 65K-SKU catalog against 100K+ competitor products. 65K + 100K similar products matched.

MassTranslate — Cutting translation costs at masstranslate.ai. Built brand-voice generation and translation for a global fashion retailer's ecommerce operations. Processed 293K+ translations; invoiced online translation spend fell from €46.8K/year to a €4.5K annual run rate. ~90% translation spend reduction.

Deep Breathing Exercises — Bringing Deep Breathing to mobile. Darkmatter consumer venture built solo to validate five potential markets through organic acquisition. Reached 290K Google impressions and 4.4K users in five months. Mobile app in progress.

Sweat Economy — Product Manager at Sweat Economy. Web3 wallet app with 2M monthly active users. Owned onboarding, card top-up, trade, portfolio and multi-chain readiness. Cut top-up failures from about 30% to under 10%; app store optimization lifted retained installs ~10%. ~120K additional retained users.

Swell — Product Lead at Swell. Headless, API-first commerce platform. Promoted after about five months. Rebuilt a signup flow with 80% drop-off, increasing users reaching the dashboard by 16%. Established the first structured planning and delivery system as headcount grew from 18 to 75 people. +16% users reaching the dashboard.

ubbu — Head of Content for Product at ubbu. Computer science education for kids 6 to 12, in four languages. Led the 10-person team behind the animations, games and interactive lessons; tripled the library in two years. Led the content effort for a partner-led expansion in Brazil. +60K students added (Brazil).
