ProductRival — Measuring similar-product matching at ProductRival. Built the matching system and eval loop across 64K internal and 100K+ competitor products. Judged nDCG@3 rose from 0.84 to 0.92; coverage from 29% to 79%. 29% → 79% match coverage.

MassTranslate — Turning translation costs into a product at masstranslate.ai. Brand-voice generation and translation for ecommerce. Processed 293K+ translations; invoiced online translation spend fell from €46.8K/year to a €4.5K annual run rate. ~90% translation spend reduction.

Deep Breathing Exercises — Staying present with Deep Breathing Exercises. Darkmatter consumer venture built solo across five locales to test organic acquisition. Reached 290K Google impressions and 4.4K users in five months; 1.5K users started a session.

Sweat Economy — Product Manager at Sweat Economy. Web3 wallet app with 2M monthly active users. Owned the money lifecycle from onramp through trade and offramp. App store optimization lifted retained Android installs ~10%; localization increased retention 5% on average. ~120K additional retained users.

Swell — Product lead at Swell. Headless, API-first commerce platform. Promoted within four months as the org tripled, shaping product across 3 leads, 9 PMs, 5 designers and 20+ engineers. 3x org growth.

ubbu — Head of Content for Product at ubbu. Computer science education for kids 6 to 12, in four languages. Led the 10-person team behind the animations, games and interactive lessons; tripled the library in two years. This content engine enabled the Brazil pilot in Salvador. +60K students (Brazil pilot).
